The "Radiate" Ayurveda package is for those who are committed to re-awaken their life force energy and build their innate strength, resistance & radiance. Includes all of the “ROOT” plan, plus 4 more sessions to enable you to firmly integrate lasting changes, while enjoying support and guidance from your personal Ayurveda goal buddy (me).

"Radiate" Ayurveda Package - What's included

  • Total sessions: 7

  • Recommended time frame: 3 months (bi-weekly sessions)

  • Stage of motherhood: any

  • 1x Ayurvedic Intake Meeting (90-120 minutes)

  • 1x Ayurvedic Findings Session (80-90 minutes), incl. detailed report and personal journey plan, customized to your unique constitution and life situation

  • 5x Follow-up Session (70 minutes)

  • All sessions can be done in person or online via Zoom

  • Price: €460
