We gather in Ritmo’s cozy Temple Yurt and flow through a deeply nourishing morning ritual that is both grounding and energizing.

Merging ancient healing modalities from around the world, we harness the power of gentle plant medicine, mindful movement, energy work and community. Together, we invoke a state of harmony in our physical and etheric bodies, so we can show up as the best version of ourselves.
