Let’s come together for a heart-opening blend of ceremony, ritual dance & a moment of deep connection.

Syncing to Mother Earth’s rhythm, we sing, dance, heal, release and remember our roots. Opening the channel between earth and sky. Coming back home to our bodies, while also connecting to our nature as infinite spiritual beings.

We first drop into our hearts with a beautiful cacao ceremony, followed by a healing meditation to let the medicine flow. Next, we open our throats and voices through song. Once our channels are open, Elmira guides us through a deeply empowering journey of sacred mystic dance - think spirals, waves, circles, whirls and turning your body into a living prayer. With lots of room for free flow movement and heart-to-heart connection at the end.

Lean into the present moment, celebrate the essence of togetherness, and embody the healing power of moving to the rhythm of the Earth.
