New Moon in Libra

This month we meet under the airy Libra new moon, on Friday 13 October 🌚♎ Libra awakens within us the desire to create harmony, tranquility, beauty and peace. We will therefore connect to the air element (which rules Libra) and do practices that harness its life-giving energy, while also calmind the chaos it can bring 🧘 Our rituals include a blend of heart-opening songs with Hanna Leess, a cacao ceremony, a guided meditation journeys, and my favourite Ayurvedic tools for harmonizing the air element within us. Of course, there will be lots of space to share, too (totally optional).

I’m beyond excited to announce that my dear friend, fellow Mama and incredibly talented musician, Hanna Leess, will join me for this months New Moon ceremony 🎸🎉  With her guitar and her phenomenal voice, she will lead us through a sacred vocal journey, playing a mix of beautiful mantras and moon songs. As an extra treat, Hanna will weave our intentions into a song of its own. Singing is one of the most powerful medicines for activating our voices and sharing it with the world. So if this is a theme for you (as I feel it is for many women), this will be particularly healing for you.

What’s included:

3 hours of guided ritual, singing circle, ceremonial grade cacao, herbal tea & a delicious Ayurvedic snack - as well as a safe and nourishing space to connect and share with a group of beautiful like-minded Mamas 🌺 There will also be rugs, blankets and cushions to sit on.

What to bring:

Water bottle, journal/ paper and pen, a warm layer (socks, pullover or blanket), and above all, your beautiful presence.

What happens at a New Moon Ceremony

New Moon is the time to set intentions. Like a blank canvas waiting for your new creations. While we „pull our weeds“ and let go of things that don‘t serve us during full moons, the new moon is when we do the opposite: planting seeds. Seeds with sweet intentions for the things we want to manifest into our lives 🌱✨ Things that strengthen and nourish us.

During a New Moon Circle, we celebrate the start of a fresh lunar cycle. It’s empowering as it gives us the opportunity to begin again 😊 They‘re the perfect reminder each month to check in with ourselves, asking „Where am I at? What do I need?“. A moment to carefully listen to your inner guide, heart and intuition as it whispers the answers to you 🙏

Each New Moon stands under an astrological sign, which we will use to set a unified intention and fully harness its energetics and potential.

Let’s carve out some space to take a pause, sit together and call in what will serve & strengthen us the most 💪💫✨

This circle is for women who are:
