Gemini stands for duality. Our existence as finite human being as well as the infinite soul. How can we care for our human selves, but also honour our wise souls? Social, excitable and inquisitive in nature, this energy asks us to come out of our shell and share our stories. To connect. To gather. And to go on a quest of what feels true to us. Gemini is associated with the air element, which helps us to connect with our intuitive selves even more. 

Our rituals include 

✨ Heart-opening cacao ceremony

✨ Guided meditation journey

✨ Visioning journaling practice

✨ Pranayama (breathwork)

✨ Sharing circle - a safe space to share anything that is present with you or came up during our ceremony (optional)

What else is included:

✨ 2 hours of guided ritual

✨ A safe and nourishing space to connect and share with fellow mamas

✨ Access to the full recording of the circle (sent out the day after - ONLY to those who signed up & paid for the event, so you can trust that the confidentiality and safety of the container is ensured)

Note: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a chronic heart condition, please contact me to discuss your dose of cacao. 

How to prepare:

✨ A cup of ceremonial grade cacao, or other warm drink of your choice

✨ Something to keep it warm (a candle stove or similar)

✨ A full water bottle or tea jug

✨ Journal/ paper and pen

✨ A cozy space where you can be undisturbed & fully drop in (and with wifi connection) - maybe with a blanket and cushions. 

✨ Optional: Some flower petals or essential oils

✨ Optional: crystals of your choice
