With its kind-hearted, earthy Virgo energy this New Moon can feel like a big warm hug. She illuminates our shadows around self-worth and perfectionism, inviting us to let go of fear of making mistakes. Instead, we are called to take a leap of faith and love and accept ourselves as we are in every moment. She also reminds us that we are more than good enough.

Our rituals include

✨ Sharing Circle - a safe space to share anything that is present with you or came up during our ceremony (optional)

Note: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a chronic heart condition, please contact me to discuss your dose of cacao. 

How to prepare:

✨ A cup of ceremonial grade cacao, or other warm drink of your choice

✨ Something to keep it warm (a candle stove or similar)

✨ A bottle full of water/ tea

✨ A mat/ blanket and ideally a wall nearby (but no "must")

✨ Journal/ paper and pen

✨ A cozy space where you can be undisturbed & fully drop in (and with wifi connection)  

✨ Optional: Essential oils

✨ Optional: Crystals of your choice
